The Project Includes Early Activities to Advance the Larger Penn Station Transformation Project to Redevelop and Modernize the Station, Increase Concourse Capacity and Access, Enable Safer and More Efficient Station Operations, and Accommodate Passenger Service Growth to Deliver a World Class Passenger Rail Experience. The Portion of the New York Penn Station Transformation Project Funded Under This Cooperative Agreement Includes Pre-Nepa Planning and Project Development Activities. The Project Scope Will Include the Procurement of a Master Developer for the Redevelopment of the Penn Station Complex, Environmental Review, Preliminary Engineering (Pe), and Preparation of a Project Management Plan (Pmp). The Recipient Will Procure a P3 Master Developer That Will Complete Pe. Penn Station Transformation Is Not Currently Funded for Final Design Construction.
