Multi-Modal Improvements Include: Ramp-To-Ramp (Auxiliary) Lanes, Highway Shoulders and Covers, New Overcrossing, I-5 Southbound Ramp Relocation, New Bike and Pedestrian Crossing, and Improved Bike and Pedestrian Facilities. This Investment Will Reduce Congestion and Improve Operations in the Portland Metro Region.
