This Application Is to Request $79032912 in Section 5337 Fixed Guideway Funds ($85072 from Remaining Ffy 2021 and $78947840 from FFY2022) $564514 in Section 5337 Himb Funds (from FFY2021) and $35574050 in Section 5307 Urbanized Area Formula Funds ($11054430 from FFY2021 and $24519620 from FFY2022) Apportioned to the Atlanta Uza and Suballocated to the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (Marta) in Accordance with the Atlanta Metropolitan Regional Policy.purpose: To Secure $115171476 in Federal Funds to Be Matched with $28792871 in Local Funds; with a Total Eligible Cost/Grant Application of $143964347 Which Will Be Used to Provide Funding to Support Critical Marta Capital and Preventive Maintenance Related Bus and Rail Activities. Activities to Be Performed: The Grant Funds Will Be Used to Support Preventive Maintenance (Bus Rail) Rail Station Rail Transitway Line Rehabilitation and Security/Crime Prevention Activities for the Authority.expected Outcomes: Completion of the Grant Funded Activities Will Improve Service Delivery Enhance the Customer Experience Assist with Meeting Preventive Maintenance Standards and Ensure That Assets Are Maintained in a State of Good Repair. Intended Beneficiaries: Marta Patrons Within the Service Area of Clayton Dekalb Fulton and the City of Atlanta. Subrecipient Activities: The Peachtree Gateway Partnership Will Serve as a Subrecipient Under This Award to Support the Planning and Organizing Efforts to Plan and Implement the I-285 Top End Elt. Subrecipient Activities Will Be Completed Under Scope Ali Code (Metropolitan Planning (442-00) - 44.22.00).THE Grant Application Includes 1% of the Authoritys FY22 Section 5307 APPORTIONMENT-$6631837 for Security/Safety Related Improvements (Alis 11.42.09 12.42.09). The Inclusion Surpasses the 0.75% Requirement of the Bi-Partisan Infrastructure Law. The Authority and Sub-Grantees Will Follow All 3RD Party Procurement Policies as Defined in C4220.1F (Third Party Contracting Guidance) and 2 CFR 2020. The Authority Will Ensure That Contractors Procured Are Not on the Fta Suspension and Debarment List. The Approved Indirect Cost Plan (Cap) Documentation Is Attached to the Recipient Profile for Consideration.the Local Matching Share for the Grant Application Is Provided from the 1% Dedicated Marta Sales and Use Tax from Clayton Dekalb and Fulton Counties and the City of Atlanta as Well as the Sale of Associated Sales Tax Revenue Bonds as Required.
