This Application Utilizes Arp Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. The Application Scope of Work Includes Funding to Support Operating Assistance for Marta Fys 2022-2023.PURPOSE: The Purpose of This Award Is to Provide Two (2) Years of Operating Assistance to Marta to Assist the Authority in Recovering from COVID-19 During the Period of Performance of 7/1/2021 to 6/30/2023.ACTIVITIES to Be Performed: Funds Will Be Used to Cover Identified Eligible Operating Expenses Such as Driver Salaries Fuel Items Having a Useful Life of Less Than One-Year Preventive Maintenance Etc. IN Order to Support Martas Transit Operations.expected Outcomes: Funding Will Permit Marta to Continue to Provide Transit Operations While Recovering from the COVID-19 Pandemic.intended Beneficiaries: Marta and the Riders That Rely on Its Service Will Benefit from Continued Services Permitting Workers to Get to Work and Riders to Get to Essential Services in the Marta Service Area.subrecipient Activities: None in This Application.the Split/Suballocation Letter Dated September 30 2021 Is Attached in Trams.marta Agrees That If IT Receives Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement IT Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by FEMA Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.no Insurance Claims Have Been Filed and No Insurance Proceeds Have Been Received in Relation This Grant. Insurance Is Non-Applicable for This Project/Grant.this Project Only Includes Operating Expenses And/OR Capital Expenses That Do Not Include Substantial Functional Location or Capacity Changes to the Asset or System. Therefore No Additional Tip/Stip Documentation Is Needed.the Ftas 1% Security Spending Requirement Provision Under Section 5307 Is Incorporated in the Two Alis 300-00 Operating Assistance (Line Item # 30.09.08) to Help the Authority Ensure That Resources Are Available Towards Maintaining Safe Environments for Public Transit Consumers and Staff and Security Measures Intended to Protect Transit Assets.marta Will Follow All 3RD Party Procurement Policies as Defined in C4220.1F (Third Party Contracting Guidance).
