Purpose of the Award: This Application Utilizes Arp Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. Activities to Be Performed: This Is a Fy 2021 Section 5307 Arp Act Application in the Amount of $300035477. Per the Arpa the Grant Requests 100% Federal Share. The Application Scope of Work Includes Operating. Pre-Award Authority Expenses in the Approximate Amount of $300035477 Were Incurred from 10/01/2020 to About 07/31/2021. Expected Outcomes: This Award Will Allow Dart to Continue Operating and Providing Transit Service.intended Beneficiaries: This Award Will Benefit Residents of the Dallas Region. Subrecipient Activities: Nonethe Split Letter Dated May 28 2021 Is Attached in Trams. There Are No Overlaps with Other Funding/Applications Like Crrsaa Cares Act or Other Fta Funding. Dart Agrees That If IT Receives Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement Dart Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by FEMA Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company. Per the Arp the Project in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-Range Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program. Funding Requirements Have Been Determined Based on Dart Financial Statements
