Project Title: I-95S: Columbia-Ann ST N :::: Project Description: I-95: Columbia Ave - N of Ann ST City of Philadelphia Roadway Reconstruction This Project Includes the Following: 1. Reconstruction and Widening of I-95 Southbound to Include 4 Thru Lanes Plus a Fifth Auxiliary Lane from Columbia Avenue to North of Ann Street in Multiple Stages. The Existing Substandard Shoulder Widths Will Be Replaced with Full Width Shoulders. 2. Reconstruction of the Southbound Girard Avenue Interchange Ramps ( Ramps B, B Spur and D ). This Will Include Demolition and Replacement of Numerous Bridge Structures. 3. Completion of the Surface Street Tie-Ins with the Southbound Ramp Terminals and the Construction of Associated Retaining Walls and Sound Barrier Walls. 4. Reconstruction of Aramingo Avenue Between Delaware Avenue and Cumberland Street and Other Miscellaneous Construction
