For the Rehabilitation and Improvement of a Certain Section of State Highway, Bridges and Concrete Culverts in Pike County, Dingman and Milford Townships, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State Route 0084, Section 494. West Bound SR 0084, Pike County- from SR 0739 Approximately 5.6 Miles East to Segment 0401 Offset 1355 (Station 496+30) WB to a Point Approximately 8 Miles West from Matamoras at Segment 0465 Offset 0342 (Station 825+00) Wb, for a Length of 32,670 Feet (6.188 Miles). East Bound SR 0084 Pike County- from SR 0739 Approximately 5.6 Miles East at Segment 0394 Offset 2304 (Station 479+60) Eb to a Point Approximately 8 Miles West from Matamoras at Segment 0460, Offset 2253 (Station 822+00) Eb, for a Length of 34,040 Feet (6.447 Miles). Also, SR 2009 Pike County – Segment 0170 Offset 2079 (Station 11+05) to Segment 0180 Offset 0706 (Station 22+15). For the Reconstruction of an Existing 24 Foot Rural Interstate Roadway, East Bound and West Bound, Consisting of Excavation, Superpave Wearing Course 1 1/2' and 2' Depth, Superpave Binder Course 2 1/2' - 3 1/2' Depth, Superpave Base Course 6' - 8' Depth and Subbase 6' and 8' Depth, Drainage, Guiderail, Fencing, Temporary Concrete Barrier, Concrete Curb, Landscaping, E & S Control Measures, Temporary Traffic Control, Temporary Highway Lighting/ Poles, Signing, Delineators, Pavement Markings, Bridge/ Culvert Removal, Concrete Repair Work. Also, Embankment Work, Six (6) Single Span Comp P/S Bulb-Tee Beam Bridge Replacements, Five (5) Concrete Culvert Replacements, Two (2) Concrete Culvert Preservations and Other Miscellaneous Construction Work.
