Project Title: I-80/EXIT 308 Realignment :::: Project Description: Reconstruction of Prospect Street Interchange at Exit 308 on Interstate 80, Project Includes Reconstruction of Interchange Ramps, Replacement of the Bridge Carrying SR 2017 (Prospect Street) Over I-80 to Meet the Current Design Standards. Dual Bridges Carrying I-80 Over Lincoln Avenue and an Active Railroad Track to Be Replaced Due to Ramp Extensions and to Accommodate Future Widening of I-80 to Six Lanes. SR 2017(PROSPECT Street) to Be Widened with the Addition of Turning Lanes and the Installation of New Traffic Signals. Project Design Also Includes Construction of Two Roundabouts, One at I-80 and SR 2017 (Prospect Street) Interchange, and Second on Eastern Side of I-80 at Green Tree Drive. Project Include Installation of Cctv Camera at Exit 310 on I- 80, Reconstruction Includes Drainage, Sidewalk, Ada Curb Ramps, Highway Lighting, Traffic Signal, Utilities and Other Miscellaneous Construction, as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 0080, Section 05S, in Monroe County, East Stroudsburg Borough from Segment 3074 Offset 0317 to Segment 3084 Offset 1495 on I80; and, Segment 0010 Offset 0000 to Segment 0010 Offset 0995 on SR 2017; and, Segment 0020 Offset 0000 to Segment 0020 Offset 1007 on SR 2024; and, Segment 3104 Offset 0016 to Segment 3094 Offset 2252 on I80.
