The Application Scope of Work Includes Performing Silver Line Project Preliminary Engineering and Nepa and Rail Mid-Life Overhaul.charlotte City of Certifies That IT and Its Subrecipients and Contractors That Are Providers of Public Transportation Have Not Furloughed Any Employees Since March 27 2020 (the Enactment Date of the Cares Act).purpose of the Award: The Purpose of This Award Is to Provide $40M in Funding for the Silver Line Project Engineering and $11.1M for Rail Mid-Life Overhaul. This Funding Will Assist in Advancing the Silver Line Project and Maintaining Rail Car Vehicles by Performing Necessary Overhaul Work.activities to Be Performed: Cats Will Use Section 5307 Crrsaa Funding for the Lynx Silver Line Design and Environmental Study.
