Application Purpose: This Is an Ffy 2021 Section 5311 Crrsaa Application in the Amount of $48000200 Representing 86.16% Federal Share of the Total Eligible Amount. This Application Utilizes Crrsaa Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. The Application Scope of Work Includes Operating Assistance to Help the Alaska Marine Highway Systems Public Transportation Services. A Future Grant Application Made by the Akdot PF Public Transportation Office Will Utilize the Remaining Funding Allocation for Operating Expenses for Thirteen Rural Communities Throughout the State of Alaska.; Activities Performed: Activities Include Providing Operating Assistance to the Alaska Marine Highway Public Transportation System That Was Affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic. This Activity Includes Both Shoreside and Vessel Operating Costs with No Substantial Functional Location or Capacity Change.; Expected Outcomes: This Project Will Provide Continued Operation of the Alaska Marine Highway System Which Provides Public Transportation Systems Throughout the Coast of the State of Alaska.; Intended Beneficiaries: Beneficiaries Include Alaska Marine Highway Public Transportation System Riders Throughout the Coast of the State of Alaska.; Subrecipient Activities: There Are No Subrecipients to This Award.
