This Agreement Provides Funds for the Recipient's Clean Water State Revolving Fund (Cwsrf) Program to Provide Low Interest Financing to Recipients for Costs Associated with the Planning, Design, and Construction of Eligible Water Quality Improvement and Protection Projects. The Objectives Are to Establish and Manage an Effective Comprehensive Cwsrf Program and to Maintain a Self-Sustaining Revolving Fund. The Environmental Benefits Will Be Achieved by the Construction of Infrastructure Projects for Improvements to Water Quality and Protection of Public Health.
