Purpose: Construct Taxiway; Construct Deicing Pad with Associated Facilities; Extend Taxilane; Extend Taxiway. Activities to Be Performed/Expected Outcomes: This Project Constructs a 108,656 Square Yard Aircraft Deicing Pad. This Project Constructs a New 3,450 Foot Taxiway to Reduce the Delay of Existing Traffic. . This Project Extends Taxiway F an Additional 2,950 Feet to Reduce the Delay of Existing Traffic. This Project Widens Dual Taxilanes Around Concourses D and E an Additional 15,300 Square Yards to Reduce the Delay of Existing Traffic. . This Grant Funds the First Phase Which Consists of Grading and Drainage Construction. This Grant Funds the Second Phase Which Consists of Construction of 65,480 Square Yards of Pavement. This Grant Funds the Second Phase, Which Consists of Grading and Drainage Construction. This Grant Funds the Third Phase, Which Consists of Paving 570 Feet. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated with Charlotte, North Carolina.
