The Woma Requirement Was Issued as a Full and Open Competitive Procurement to Design, Analyze, Develop, Fabricate, Integrate, Test, and Evaluate the Wide Field Instrument (Wfi) Opto-Mechanical Assembly (Woma) for the Wide Field Infrared Survey Telescope (Wfirst) Mission.
