Project Title: Under Pavement Infrastructure Retrofit :::: Project Description: This Is a Defense Access Roads (Dar) Project. This Project Calls for an Improvement of Route 1, from Apra Harbor to Route 3, and Route 3, from Route 1 to Route 28, Having a Total Approximate Length of 84,141 Feet (15.94 Miles). The Project Includes Construction of New Pavement and Vault Covers to Strengthen the Pavement Section for Overweight and Oversized Vehicle Convoys from Apra Harbor to Camp Blaz Off Route 3. The Project Includes Demolishing Raised Medians for Traffic Control and Replacement of the Raised Medians and Pavement Markings to Restore the Traffic Lanes. This Portion of the Project Is from Route 1, Sta. 565+00 (Route 10A) to Sta. 720+00 (Route 3), and Route 3, Sta. 7+00 (Route 1) to Sta. 138+58 (Route 28), Having an Approximate Roadway Length of 28,658 Feet (5.43 Miles).
