Residential (Shelter And/OR Transitional Foster Care) Services for Unaccompanied Children-Licensed and Texas-Exempt and Florida-Delicensed Only - Nyap Is a Licensed Child-Placing Agency in 11 States and Is Currently in the Process of Obtaining Child-Placing Licenses for the Proposed Sites in Colorado, Maryland, Virginia and Wisconsin.
