Description

Purpose: Remove Taxiway; Rehabilitate Taxiway; Rehabilitate Runway. Activities to Be Performed/Expected Outcomes: This Project Rehabilitates 10,083 Feet of the Existing Runway 15R/33L to Maintain the Structural Integrity of the Pavement and to Minimize Foreign Object Debris. This Project Rehabilitates 430 Feet of the Existing Taxiway M Pavement That Requires Rehabilitation to Ensure Safe Airfield Operations. This Project Rehabilitates 562 Feet of the Existing Taxiway N Pavement That Requires Rehabilitation to Ensure Safe Airfield Operations. This Project Rehabilitates 845 Feet of the Existing Taxiway T Pavement That Requires Rehabilitation to Ensure Safe Airfield Operations. This Project Removes 408 Feet of Taxiway F from the Airfield for Geometric Improvements Identified in the Airport's Runway Incursion Mitigation Plan. This Project Removes 449 Feet of Taxiway Q from the Airfield for Geometric Improvements Identified in the Airport's Runway Incursion Mitigation Plan. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated with Boston, Massachusetts.
