Description

Purpose: Reconstruct Taxiway; Reconstruct Runway. This Grant Includes Funding by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to Increase the Federal Share to 100 Percent for the Airport Improvement Program (Aip). Activities to Be Performed/Expected Outcomes: This Project Reconstructs 10,000 Feet of the Existing Runway 5R/23L Pavement That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life. This Project Reconstructs 11,000 Feet of the Existing Taxiway D Pavement That Has Reached the End of Its Useful Life. This Grant Funds the Second Phase, Which Consists of the Reconstruction of 7,000 Feet of Pavement. This Grant Funds the Third Phase, Which Consists of the Reconstruction of 4,700 Feet of Pavement. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated with Indianapolis, Indiana.
