The Recipient Will Partner with Technology Providers and Seeks to Deploy an Advanced, Large-Scale, Smart Grid Infrastructure Project with an Emphasis on Equitable Community Benefits and Broader Grid Reliability Under the Title of Connected Clean Powercity (Project).
