The Port Authority of Allegheny County (Paac) Is Applying for Ffy 2017 ($685949) Ffy 2021 ($7493123) and Ffy 2022 ($35957799) Section 5307 Urbanized Area Formula Program (Uza) Funds Apportioned to the Pittsburgh Urbanized Area. The Ffy 2022 Section 5307 Uza Funds Have Been Apportioned to the Pittsburgh Urbanized Area and Sub-Allocated to the Southwestern Region Transit Agencies as Detailed Within the Attached 2022 Split-Letter from Paac. The Section 5307 Uza Projects Included Within This Application Include Capital Cost of Contracting (Ccoc) ($11232579) and the Purchase of Buses ($32904292). Paac Is Also Applying Ffy 2022 Section 5307 Cmaq Federal Highway Administration (Fhwa) Flex Funds in the Amount of $6172200 for the Purchase of Buses. The Documentation Regarding the Transfer of Fhwa Funds to the Fta for This Grant Is Attached in Trams Under Application Documents. This Transfer Request Was Made by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (Penndot) to Fhwa on February 10 2022 and Approved on February 22 2022.
