The Port Authority of Allegheny County (Paac) Is Applying for Ffy 2016 ($710947) and a Portion of the Ffy 2021 ($19925912) Section 5307 Urbanized Area Formula Program (Uza) Funds Apportioned to the Pittsburgh Urbanized Area. The Ffy 2021 Section 5307 Uza Funds Have Been Apportioned to the Pittsburgh Urbanized Area and Sub-Allocated to the Southwestern Region Transit Agencies as Detailed Within the Attached 2021 Split-Letter from Port Authority. The Section 5307 Uza Projects Included Within This Application Include Capital Cost of Contracting ($13098664) and the Purchase of Buses ($7538195). Paac Is Also Applying Ffy 2021 Section 5307 Cmaq Fhwa Flex Funds in the Amount of $6172200 for the Purchase of Buses. The Documentation Regarding Transfer of Federal Highway Administration (Fhwa) Funds to the Fta for This Grant Is Attached in Trams Under Application Documents. This Transfer Request Was Made by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (Penndot) to Fhwa on December 31 2020 and Approved January 21 2021.
