The National Resource Center and Information Clearinghouse (Nrcc), Operated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children(ncmec), Is a Private, Nonprofit 501(C)(3) Corporation. Its Mission, and the Goal of This Award, Is to Help Prevent Child Abduction and Sexual Exploitation, Find Missing Children, and Provide Technical Assistance/Training to Victims of Child Abduction and Sexual Exploitation, Their Families, and the Professionals Who Serve Them.primary Deliverables Include Operating the Nrcc for Missing and Exploited Children; Operating a National, 24-HOUR, Toll-Free Call Center for Individuals to Report Child Sexual Exploitation and Concerns of Missing Children, as Well as Request Information Regarding Reunification Procedures; Operating a Cybertiplineto Provide Individuals and Electronic Service Providers a Means to Report Instances of Child Sexual Exploitation; Providing Support Services to Children, Their Families, and Child-Serving Professionals; and Providing Training, Technical Assistance, and Information to Law Enforcement Agencies, Child-Serving Professionals, and the Public in the Prevention, Investigation, Prosecution, and Treatment of Cases Involving Missing and Sexually Exploited Children.these Deliverables Support the Key Program Objective to Achieve the Stated Goal Through the Delivery of Specific Products to Serve Stakeholders Dedicated to Identifying and Recovering Endangered, Missing, and Abducted Children. Primary Activities Will Include Provision of Case Management Resources, Analytical Information, and Technical Assistance in Response to Missing and Sexually Exploited Child Cases; Operation of Mechanisms to Effectively Receive and Respond to Reports; Development of Tools and New Technologies to Modernize and Improve Efficiencies Related to Leads Submitted to the Cybertipline; Provision of Educational Materials and Programs to Inform Families and Communities on Best Practices for Child Safety; Provision of Mental Health Services to Support Children, Families, and Professionals Along the Path to Healing and Reconnection.key Expected Outcomes of This Program Relate to Intended Program Beneficiaries, Including Victims, Their Families, Communities, and Professionals Working to Prevent and Investigate These Cases. Those Outcomes Include the Provision of Information and Resources to Better Address These Case Challenges and Prevent Future Victimization of Children in These Ways.
