Inflation Reduction Act (Ira) - Southeastern Montana Transmission Siting and Economic Development (Sm-Tsed) Initiative This Project Aims to Provide Rural and Disadvantaged Communities in Southeastern Montana with Federal Funding for Critical Infrastructure. IT Will Foster Collaboration Among Counties and Tribes and Will Promote Community and Economic Growth in Areas Like Clean Energy and Emergency Services. The Project Will Establish Sub-Grants to Fund County and Tribal Projects Affected by the North Plains Connector Construction. The Project Aims to Foster Cooperation and Address Infrastructure Needs, Developing Guidelines with Input from Counties and the Tribe.
