Purpose: The Purpose of This Grant Is to Implement the California Digital Equity Plan Developed Pursuant to the State Digital Equity Planning Grant Program. Activities to the Performed: The Proposed Project Activities Include Convening Digital Equity Stakeholders to Strengthen Collaboration, Refining Digital Equity Data and Maps, Expanding Digital Navigation and Digital Inclusion Programs, Funding and Expanding Existing State-Managed Digital Inclusion Programs and Developing and Promoting Digital Inclusion Tools and Best Practices.expected Outcomes: The Proposed Projects Will Result in Increased Awareness and Enrollment in Low-Cost Offers and Subsidies and Increased Digital Literacy Skills for All Californians.intended Beneficiaries: Residents of the State of California and Principally Unserved and Underserved Covered Populations Statewide.subrecipient Activities: The Recipient Does Plan to Subaward Funds.
