Hampton Roads Transit (Hrt) Is Applying for Ffy 2022 Section 5307 American Rescue Plan (Arp) Act Funds in the Amount of $53918126 Representing 100% Federal Share of the Eligible Amount. This Application Utilizes Arp Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. The Application Scope of Work Includes Workers Salaries Benefits and Other Expenses for the Period of 7/1/2022 Thru 6/30/2026.THIS Is the Full Amount of Apr Funds Appointed to the Virginia Beach Uza. The Apportionment Split Letter Dated April 5 2021 Is Attached to This Application. The Recipient Agrees That If IT Received Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement IT Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by FEMA Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.
