This Application Utilizes Arp Act Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. The Application Scope of Work Is Foroperating Assistance for the Period Beginning April 1 2021. Operating Funds Will Cover Expenses for Existing Service Incurred Beginning 04/01/2021 Until 09/30/2024 Including But Not Limited to Operator and Other Salaries Wages and Benefits Services Fuel Materials and Supplies Fuel Tax Insurance Purchased Transportation Services and Any Other Operating Expenses Reportable to Ntd. Other Available Funding from Cares (TX-2020-064) and Crrsaa (TX-2021-020) Is Insufficient to Cover Eligible Operating Expenses Within the Period.of the Total $130175852 Apportionment to the Austin Uza $1946543 Has Been Allocated to the City of Round Rock to Apply for Separately.the Split Letter Dated 04/07/2021 Is Attached in Trams.capital Metro Agrees That If IT Receives Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Throughentity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Anyportion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement IT Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Ftafor Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by FEMA Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.per the Arp Act the Project(s) in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-Range Transportation Plan or Statewidetransportation Improvement Program.
