This Award Obligates FY2018 FY2019 FY2020 and FY2022 Section 5307 Trust Funds Apportioned to Uzas 1 48 in the Amount of $58228223 for New York City Transit ($22597682) Lirr ($8978624) and Metro-North ($26651917) Projects. This Award Will Use Transportation Development Credits for Match ($11645645). The Toll Credit Approvals for Appropriations Through and Including Ffy 2022 Is Attached.purpose of the Award This Award Assists the Mta to Invest Capital Funding Into Its Assets/Infrastructure Maintained by Nyct MNR and Lirr.activities to Be Performed the Application Scope of Work Includes Critical Infrastructure Projects for Lirr MNR Nyct and the Cost of Contracting for Connecting Ferry Service for Mnr.expected Outcomes This Application Supports the Mtas Need to Rehabilitate and Replace Assets to Achieve a State of Good Repair.intended Beneficiaries - the Mta and Its Ridership.subrecipient Activities the Mta Does Not Have Subrecipients Under This Award.the Section 5307 Funds Include the FY2022 Uza 1 Allocation from the New York Metropolitan Transportation Council (Nymtc). The Regional Sub-Allocation Resolution #544 Is Attached in Trams and Bridgeport-Stamford CT-NY (UZA48) Agreements. The Application Also Includes $3782528 from Uza 48 (Ffy 2018 2019 2020). The Uza 48 Funds Will Be Applied to the MNR NHL Substation Improvement Project (M8050104).
