An Additional $79104 in Supplemental Arp Allocation Funding for NYC DOT Is Shown in the Sub-Allocation Resolution Dated 1/18/2022 for a Combined $119178616 in Arp Being Allocated to NYC Dot. Both of These Suballocation Documents Are Attached in Trams. The Current Grant Request Is for $89178616. Purpose of the Award: The Purpose of This Award Is to Provide Funding for the Ongoing Operations of Staten Island Ferry (Sif) Beginning January 20 2020 During the Coronavirus Pandemic and Continuing Until the Grant Balance in Exhausted.activities to Be Performed: Funding Will Be Used to Cover Eligible Operating Expenditures Incurred to Provide On-Going Sif Ferry Transit Service After January 20 2020 in Response to the Coronavirus Pandemic.expected Outcomes: To Maintain Sif Ferry Transit Service for Transit Riders During the Coronavirus Pandemic.intended Beneficiaries: Sif Transit Riders.subrecipient Activities: Nonethe Recipient Agrees That If IT Receives Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement IT Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by FEMA Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.nyc DOT Has Afforded the Public an Opportunity to Comment And/OR Request a Public Hearing on the Project Which Was a Part of the Draft Program of Projects (Pop) Public Notice. This Public Notice Was Advertised on March 17TH 2022 in the Staten Island Advance (English) LA Voz Hispana (Spanish) New York Post (English) and the Amsterdam News (English). No Public Hearing Was Requested in Either Case and Therefore the Draft Pop Is Established as the Final Pop. Pre-Award Authority: This Award Is Using Pre-Award Authority Beginning at 1/20/2020. None of the Projects Contained Within This Application Involve a Function Location or Capacity Change. Per Arp the Project(s) in This Application Are Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-Range Transportation Plan Statewide Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.
