This Is a Ffy 2022 Section 5307 Arp Funding Application (Uzas 1 and 48) in the Amount of $41086975 Representing 100% Federal Share of the Total Eligible Amount. This Application Utilizes Arp Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. The Application Scope of Work Includes Operating Assistance for the County to Maintain Its Levels of Transit Service.purpose of the Award: Operating Assistance to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus.activities to Be Performed: Operating Assistance for Suffolk County Transitexpected Outcomes: Allows Suffolk County to Continue to Provide Its Current Level of Transit Servicesintended Beneficiaries: Residents of Suffolk Countysubrecipient Activities.: Noneas of February 2022 There Are Three Private Contractors Which Provide Local Public Transit Bus Route Operations Bus Maintenance Dispatching and Other Related Services for the County. One Contractor Is Also Responsible for Paratransit Operations Including Reservation Dispatching Bus Maintenance and Other Related Services. This Application for 5307 Federal Assistance Is Consistent with the Nymtc Pfac Sub-Allocation Resolutions Dated 11/10/21 (Resolution #530) in the Amount of $41059704 and 1/18/22 (Resolution #531) in the Amount of $27271 Totaling $41086975 Which Are Attached to This Application.the Recipient Agrees That If IT Receives Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement IT Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by FEMA Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.per Arp the Project in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-Range Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.
