Specifically This Arp Capital Investments Grant Supplants the Amount of Local Share for the Following Activities Per the Fta Scope Activity Line Item as Follows:custom Line Item Name Eligible Cost for Reimbursement in This Application Guideway Track Elements $16304797PROFESSIONAL Services $24950007STATIONS Stops Terminals Intermodal $1558252SUPPORT Facilites:yards Shopsadmin BLDGS$27186944TOTAL Project COST$70000000THE Application Scope of Work of the Honolulu Rail Transit Project (HI-03-0047-04) Consists of Design and Construction of a 20-MILE Grade-Separated Fixed Rail System from East Kapolei to the Ala Moana Center in Honolulu Hawaii. The Project Scope Includes 80 Light Metro Fully Automated (Driverless) Rail Vehicles and a Maintenance and Storage Facility on a 44-ACRE Parcel Near Leeward Community College. The Project Includes 21 Stations with Passenger Canopies Seating Areas and Art Work. All Stations Except for the Leeward Community College Station Are Elevated. There Will Be Four Park-And-Ride Facilities with 4100 Total Spaces.the Recipient Organization Is the Designated Recipient and Can Apply for and Receive These Apportioned Funds.the Recipient Agrees That IT Will Amend the Corresponding Ffga in the Transit Award Management System (Trams) to Reduce the Local Share and Fta Scope Activity Line Items as Noted Above. The Recipient Agrees That If IT Receives Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Through Enity Through the Robert T.
