This Application Utilizes Arp Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. The Application Scope of Work Includes Operating Expenses Such as Direct Labor Materials and Overhead Expenses Incurred to Provide Public Transportation Service During the Specified Project Time Period and Not Before January 20 2020.THE Split Letter Dated July 19 2021 Is Attached in Trams. Of the $92626696 Apportioned to the Tampa/St. Petersburg Uza $47765443 Is Allocated to Hart. Hart Is a Designated Recipient of Fta Funds.the Recipient Agrees That If IT Receives Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement IT Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by FEMA Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.per the Arp the Project in This Application Is Not Required to Be Programmed in the Long-Range Transportation Plan Statewide Transportation Plan or Statewide Transportation Improvement Program.a) Hart Will Follow All 3RD Party Procurement Policies as Defined in C4220.1F (Third Party Contracting Guidance)b) Hart Will Ensure Contractors Procured Will Not Be on the Fta Suspension and Debarment List.the Operational Expenses Requested in This Application Were Determined by Hart to Provide Explanation of How They Arrived to the Amounts Requested and Separate Into Three Categories If Necessary.
