Application Purpose: This Grant Will Allow Sfmta to Continue Providing Dependable Ada Paratransit Services Maintain And/OR Improve Motor Coach Reliability and Reduce Maintenance and Repair Costs.; Activities Performed: Provide Non-Fixed Route Paratransit Service for Mobility Limited Customers; Procurement of Replacement Motor Coaches.; Expected Outcomes: Mobility Limited Residents Will Continue to Have Critical Non Fixed Route Transit Services Available to Them at an Affordable Price. Overall Transit System Will Maintain And/OR Improve Reliability and Safety. Bus Service Will Be Maintained And/OR Improved While Reducing Maintenance and Repair Costs.; Intended Beneficiaries: The Residents of San Francisco as Well as the Community of the Greater Bay Area Rely on Affordable Accessible and Dependable Transit Service. Without This Service Many People Would Not Be Able to Travel to Work Shop for Food or Obtain Needed Medical Care.; Subrecipient Activities: There Is No Subrecipient for This Grant.
