The Funding Requested by Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Lacmta) in This Arp Capital Investments Grant Supplants the Local Share of $58417784 (D2021-RPNS-004) in Grant Id# CA-2016-047 for the Westside Purple Line Extension Section 2 Project (WPLE2). IT Does Not Duplicate the Federal Funding for Any Activities in Grant ID#CA-2016-047. Ii. Activities to Be Performedspecifically This Arp Capital Investments Grant Supplants the Amount of Local Share (Non-Cig Funds) for the Following Activities Per the Fta Scope Activity Line Item as Follows: 14.06.10 Guideway Track Elements: $3009903814.06.20 Station Stops Terminals Intermodal: $28318746TOTAL: $58417784III. Expected Outcomesthe Westside Purple Line Extension Section 2 (WPLE2) Project Consists of the Design and Construction of Approximately 2.59 Miles of Double Track Heavy Rail Underground Transit System in the Cities of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. The Project Will Have Two New Stations Located at Wilshire/Rodeo and Century City Constellation. The Project Is the Second Section of a Planned Three Section Nine-Mile Extension of the Metro Purple Line to Westwood/VA Hospital. Iv. Intended Beneficiaries Populace of the Lacmta Transit Service Area and Local Area Commutersv. Subrecipient Activitiesnonethe Recipient Agrees That If IT Receives Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement IT Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by FEMA Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.
