This Is an FFY21 Section 5307-9 Arpa Application in the Amount of $48462033 Representing 100% Federal Share of the Total Eligible Amount. This Application Utilizes Arpa Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus. This Grant Applies for $48462033 in Arpa Funds to Support the Projects Included in This Application by the Following Uza Apportionments: FFY21 Arpa Section 5307-9 - Los Angeles Uza #060020: $48462033 Total Section 5307 Arpa Funding: $48462033 Total Eligible Project Cost: $48462.033 Purpose: To Finance the Purchased Transportation Costs from Keolis and Transdev Our Contractors to Deliver Public Transportation Services to San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys and Los Angeles County. Activities to Perform: Foothill Transit Is Hereby Submitting This Grant Application in Support of the Following Project: Operating Assistance: This Grant Is Requesting $48462033 of FFY21 Federal Section 5307-9 Arpa Funds to Support Our Operating Costs Pertaining to Purchased Transportation Under Contract with Transdev and Keolis at Our Facilities in Arcadia and Pomona Respectively for the Period of July 1 2022 Through June 30 2025. The Arpa Funds Will Be Evenly Drawn Down $16154011 for Fiscal Year 2023 $16154011 for Fiscal Year 2024 and $16154011 for Fiscal Year 2025 to Finance the Annual Purchased Transportation Costs Based on the Contractual Agreements with Keolis and Transdev Our Contractors for $93385850 $97415160 and $101626730 Respectively for Fiscal Years 2023 2024 and 2025 That Covers the Period of July 1 2022 Through June 30 2025. Local Operating Funds Will Be Used to Augment the Total Purchased Transportation Costs for the Period Covering July 1 2022 to June 30 2025. Expected Outcome: Foothill Transit Will Continue to Provide Safe Effective and Efficient Transit System and Outstanding Customer Service to the Customers Who Rely on Public Transit for Their Means of Travel in Its Service Area.intended Beneficiaries: Local Residents Businesses Schools Will Benefit from Foothill Transit Premier Transit Service. Subrecipient Activities: The Recipient Does Not Intend to Sub-Award.the Recipient Agrees That If IT Receives Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement IT Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by FEMA Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.
