Purchase Low Floor Replacement Lrvs. Expected Outcomes: Replacement of End of Useful Life High Floor Lrvs with New Low Floor Lrvs. Conversion of Stations Along the Gold Line to Accommodate Low Floor Light Rail Vehicles.intended Beneficiaries: Low Floor Lrvs and Station Conversions to Low Floor Configuration Will Make IT Easier for Older Adults Persons with Disabilities Persons with Bicycles Strollers and Luggage to Board/Alight Lrvs. New More Reliable Lrvs Will Benefit All Light Rail Transit Users.
