This Grant Applies for $85260499 in Crrsaa Funds to Support the Projects Included in This Application by the Following Uza APPORTIONMENTS:FFY21 Crrsaa Section 5307-8 (Uza #040270): $85260499TOTAL Section 5307 Crrsaa Funding: $85260499TOTAL Eligible Project Cost: $85260499THE City of Phoenix Along with Its Subrecipient Cities of Glendale Peoria and Scottsdale AZ and Valley Metro/Rpta and Valley Metro Rail Is Hereby Submitting This Grant Application in Support of the Projects of Operating Assistance for Transit Services to Be Provided.this Grant Is Requesting $85260499 of FFY21 Federal Section 5307-8 Crrsaa Funds to Support Operating Costs as Defined by NTD Reporting System for the Period of July 1 2021 Through June 30 2024. The Recipient Agrees That If IT Receives Federal Funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or Through a Pass-Through Entity Through the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act a Different Federal Agency or Insurance Proceeds for Any Portion of a Project Activity Approved for Fta Funding Under This Grant Agreement IT Will Provide Written Notification to Fta and Reimburse Fta for Any Federal Share That Duplicates Funding Provided by FEMA Another Federal Agency or an Insurance Company.
