Application Purpose: This Is a Section 5311 Cares Act Award for FFY2020 Funds. Per the Cares Act the Award Is 100% Federal Share with No Restrictions on Establishing a Period of Performance End Date and May Cover the Period of Time That Corresponds to the Spend-Down Rate of the Funds. These Funds Continue to Assist with the Recovery for Administrative Operating Preventive Maintenance and Other Related Expenses Effected by the Coronavirus.; Activities Performed: This Application Utilized the Cares Act Funding to Prevent Prepare for and Respond to Coronavirus and for State Administration Project Operating Preventive Maintenance Intercity Operating and Capital Expenses. The Applications Scope of Work Also Includes Purchasing Rolling Stock Purchasing Bus Support Equipment Operating Assistance and Administration.; Expected Outcomes: These Funds Allow Ardot to Provide Assistance to Agencies So They May Continuation of Basic Mobility for Individuals Which Includes Providing Access to Health Care Shopping Employment and Education. This Award Also Helped to Maintain and Improve the Use of Public Transportation and Support the Use of Intercity Bus Transportation During the Coronavirus Outbreak.; Intended Beneficiaries: The Intended Beneficiaries Are Ardot Transit Agencies and the Riders the Agencies Serve.; Subrecipient Activities: The Cares Act Funds Cover Administrative Operating Rolling Stock Capital and Preventive Maintenance Expenditures for Eight (8) Rural Area Agencies (Scat Also Provided Intercity Services) and Operating and Capital Expenses for Two (2) Intercity Agencies (Greyhound and Jefferson Lines.
