This Agreement Provides Funding for the Operation of the Vadeq's Continuing Environmental Programs While Giving IT Greater Flexibility to Address Its Highest Environmental Priorities, Improve Environmental Performance, Achieve Administrative Savings and Strengthen the Partnership Between Vadeq and Epa.
