This Action Is a Capitalization Grant Funded by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Pl 117-58) to Support the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (Dwsrf) Program and Advance the Public Health Protection Goals of the Safe Drinking Water Act (Sdwa).activities:the Recipient of These Funds Will Offer Low Interest Rate Financing to Eligible Public Water Systems to Cover Costs Associated with the Planning, Design, and Construction of Drinking Water Improvement Projects. Additionally, the Recipient May Allocate a Portion of the Funding to Specific Set-Asides, Including But Not Limited to Providing Technical Assistance to Small Systems, Operator Certification Activities, and Source Water Protection Initiatives.subrecipient:subawards in This Assistance Agreement Include Low Interest Loans and Technical Assistance.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables Encompass Financing, Planning, Design, and Construction of Eligible Projects Related to Public Health. These Deliverables Will Also Aim to Enhance the Technical, Managerial, and Financial Capacity of Public Water Systems, with the Expected Outcome Being the Protection of Public Health. The Intended Beneficiaries Are Citizens Across the State.
