Description:this Cooperative Agreement Provides the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Cnmi) Bureau of Coastal and Environmental Quality, Department of Environmental Quality (Becq-Deq) to Continue the Successful Planning, Development, and Implementation of Environmental Management and Protection Statutes, Regulations, and Programs, Including Outreach and Education, for All Environmental Media (Air, Water, Land) in the Cnmi. This Agreement Provides Partial Federal Funding in the Amount of $21,901,239. See Terms and Conditions. - an Interagency Agreement (IA) to Provide Technical Assistance in the Amount of $500,000 Is Funded Under Interagency Agreement No. RWMP925829. - Two Public Health Services Officers (Captain Brian Bearden and Commander Travis Spaeth) Will Be on 'Reimbursable Detail' to Cnmi for Combined Total Funding of $2,500,000.
