The Goal of This Project Will Be to Establish Manufacturing Processes for Pem Electrolyzers in Rochester, New York Capable of Producing 5GW of Pem Electrolyzer Stacks Per Year, While Achieving the Cost, Production and Performance Targets Described in Table 1 Below and Drawing from Disadvantaged Communities (Dacs) to Develop the Skilled Workforce Necessary to Operate the Facility. Based on the Definitions Provided in Foa Appendix D, the Project Will Not Involve the Construction, Alteration And/OR Repair of Infrastructure in the United States.
