Description:the Purpose of This Agreement Is for a Capitalization Grant Which Provides Funds for the California Clean Water State Revolving Fund (Cwsrf) Program. The Activities Are to Provide Low Interest Financing to Numerous Subrecipients for Costs Associated with the Planning, Design, and Construction of Their Eligible Water Quality Improvement and Protection Projects. The Expected Outcomes Are to Establish and Manage an Effective Comprehensive Cwsrf Program and to Maintain a Self-Sustaining Revolving Fund to Improve and Protect Water Quality and Public Health for Citizens Throughout the State. This Grant Provides Full Federal Funding in the Amount of $82,753,000. Pre-Award Costs Have Been Approved Back to July 1, 2022.ACTIVITIES:THE Proposed Work in This Agreement Includes: Providing Financial Assistance to Municipalities, Inter-Municipalities, Interstate or State Agencies for the Construction of Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Implementing Non-Point Source Pollution Control Projects, and Developing and Implementing an Estuary Conservation and Management Plans. Subrecipient:activities to Be Funded Include the Construction And/OR Repair of Wastewater Treatment Plants, the Implementation of Water Quality Projects to Prevent or Resolve Nonpoint Source Pollution, and the Development and Implementation of Estuary Enhancement Projects.outcomes:the Anticipated Deliverables and Expected Outcomes Include: Annual Reports and Financial Audits. Beneficiaries Are the Residents of California.
