Description:the Purpose of This Agreement Is for a Capitalization Grant, Funded by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Iija) (Pl 117-58), Which Provides Funds for the Recipient's Clean Water State Revolving Fund (Cwsrf) Program. This Assistance Agreement Provides Full Federal Funding in the Amount of $127,290,000.00. Pre-Award Costs Have Been Approved Back to 7/1/22.ACTIVITIES:THE Activities Are to Provide Low Interest Financing to Numerous Subrecipients for Costs Associated with the Planning, Design, and Construction of Eligible Water Quality Improvement and Protection Projects.subrecipient:funding Will Support the Construction And/OR Repair of Wastewater Facilities, Improve Water Quality by Implementing Project to Resolve or Prevent Nonpoint Source Pollution and Develop and Implement Estuary Enhancement Projects.outcomes:the Benefits of This Grant Will Be to Capitalize the Recipient's Cwsrf.
