Application Purpose: Design and Construction of 26 Miles of a Commuter Rail Alignment with 10 Stations from the City of Plano Westward Connecting to DFW Airport at Terminal B.; Activities Performed: All Related Design Construction and Management by Pmor Activities Including But Not Limited to Final Design Guideway Construction Drainage and Utility Work Track Installation at Grade Crossings Aerial Structures Civil and Systems Work Station Construction Road Improvements and Equipment Maintenance Facility (Emf) Design and Construction.; Expected Outcomes: A Functional Commuter Rail Alignment Which Provides Alternative Transportation for Dart Commuters in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with Revenue Date Anticipated in Late 2025.; Intended Beneficiaries: Residents and Commuters of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Surrounding Area Including Customers of DFW Airport and Other Employment Sources in the Area.; Subrecipient Activities: None
