Application Purpose: Construction of the Downtown Redmond Link Extension Which Adds Two New Light Rail Stations in Southeast Redmond Serving Marymoor Village Near Marymoor Park and in the Downtown Residential and Retail Core. The Project Will Also Include a New Parking Garage with Approximately 1400 Parking Spaces Located at the Southeast Redmond Station and Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements.; Activities Performed: Construction of Stations and Light Rail Guideway for a New Light Rail Extension Into Downtown Redmond. The Project Will Also Include a New Parking Garage with Approximately 1400 Parking Spaces Located at the Southeast Redmond Station and Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements.; Expected Outcomes: Provides a New Light Rail Extension Into Downtown Redmond Providing 3.4 Miles of New Light Rail and Two New Stations. The Project Will Provide Projected Travel Times Including Downtown Redmond to Westlake: 45 Minutes and Marymoor Village Station to Bellevue Downtown Station: 15 Minutes and Projected Ridership Including East Link Extension: 43000 to 52000 Daily Riders by 2026.; Intended Beneficiaries: Beneficiaries Include Light Rail Riders Commuters Employees Accessing Redmond Bellevue and Downtown Seattle Commercial Business Districts.; Subrecipient Activities: Not Applicable.
