Purpose: Construct Building. Activities to Be Performed/Expected Outcomes: This Project Constructs a Zero Carbon Electrical Central Utility Plant (Ecup), Which Will Assist DFW in Achieving Its Goal of Net Zero Carbon Emissions by 2030. This Grant Funds 77.53% of Phase 2, Which Consists of Converting Terminal C and D. This Grant Funds a Portion of Phase 2 of a 3 Phase Project. This Grant Is Associated with an FY23 Airport Terminal Project Grant, an FY22 Community Project Grant, and an FY23 Community Project Grant That Together Fund Phase 2. Intended Beneficiary: This Grant Will Provide Federal Funding for Airports Associated with Fort Worth, Texas.
