Project Title: Bronx River Parkway: Replacement of 2 Bridges Over E Tremont Ave and Mta Yard, Bronx County :::: Project Description: Replacement of Two Bronx River Parkway Bridges with Safety and Mobility Improvements Between East Tremont Ave and Bronx Park (Bins 1067099 and 1067109) in the Bronx County. Replacement of the Two Existing Bronx River Parkway Bridges; One Bridge Over E. Tremont Ave and a Second Bridge Over E. 180TH St./Morris Park Ave/Mta Nyct Railyard; and Construction of a New Bridge to Extend the Interim Lane of Exiting Traffic from SB BRP to E. 177TH ST (to Be Built Under X11028) from E. Tremont Ave to Morris Park Ave. The Project Also Includes Wider, Standard Lanes and Shoulders, Improvements to Vertical and Horizontal Geometry, Queuing Storage Space for Exiting Traffic, New Stormwater Drainage Facilities, Improvements to the Safety of Nycdpr’s Bronx River Greenway (Brg), and Site Drainage at the Ranaqua Facility, and a Shared Use Path from Bronx River Ave to the BRG in Bronx Park.
