Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (Bil) – Transmission Resilience for Rural Disadvantaged Communities in Indiana and Illinois This Project Will Improve Reliability and Resilience for Electric Cooperative Customers in Rural Disadvantaged Communities in Illinois and Indiana. The Project Seeks to Build 88.27 Miles of Looped 69 KV and 138 KV Transmission Lines to Substations Currently Served Radially.
