Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (Bil) - Santa Cruz County Reliability and Capacity Improvement Project to Drive Economic Expansion Within a Disadvantaged Region the Primary Goals of the Project Are to Enhance the Resilience and Capacity of the Transmission System That Serves the Communities and Businesses in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. These Enhancements Will: Drive Economic Expansion Within Disadvantaged Communities in Santa Cruz County; Enhance the Resilience of the Transmission System That Serves the Communities and Businesses in Santa Cruz County by Leveraging Both Existing and New Assets; Create a Transmission Loop to Strengthen Connections to the Regional Electric Grid in Southern Arizona and Remove the Capacity Constraint of the Existing Radial Line; and Reduce Dependence on Fossil Fuels to Address Peak Load Demand.
