This Agreement Is for a Capitalization Grant Which Provides Funds for the Recipient's Clean Water State Revolving Fund (Cwsrf) Program to Provide Low Interest Financing to Recipients for Costs Associated with the Planning, Design, and Construction of Eligible Water Quality Improvement and Protection Projects.
